William Randolph Hearst’s Legendary Beverly Hills Estate Relists for $125M

Once home to late powerhouse publisher William Randolph Hearst and actress Marion Davies, this Beverly Hills estate is one of the most spectacular properties in LA. Last listed back in October of 2018, the mansion has resurfaced on California’s luxury market with a $10 million price drop, bringing the new ask to $125 million.

This property, known as The Beverly House, oozes glamour and elegance, holding a whopping 19 bedroom and 29 bathrooms. Spaces are filled with extravagant touches, such as detailed mirrored walls in the dining room, grand wood-paneled living spaces, arched and hand-painted ceilings, and herringbone wood flooring. The home also has a claim to fame for being a filming location for Hollywood movies including The Godfather and The Bodyguard. As if that’s not enough to ensure its legendary status, it was also a honeymoon spot for Jacqueline and John F. Kennedy.

Totaling approximately 50,000-square-feet, the mansion has large spaces that match its stately presence. With a 114-foot long hallway that guests can see all the way down upon entry and a two-story library with custom carvings, grandeur is not in short supply.

Outdoors, the romantic grounds have been fully manicured. Two long pools flow into the almost Olympic-sized main pool surrounded by greenery, with a gorgeous terrace overlooking it all.

The Beverly House is listed with Mauricio Umansky and Santiago Arana of The Agency.
