The largest island spans 8 acres.The owner of 8 private islands that make up part of the Thimble Island archipelago in Stony Creek Harbor off the coast of Branford, CT has just listed them asking $50M, down $28M from the last time they were on the market.

The largest of the selection is Rogers Island, which spans 8 acres and includes a 10-bedroom, 13,000-square-foot home as well as a pool, tennis court, greenhouse and putting green. Also included in the sale are 7 more inhabitable islands and an on-shore waterfront property with a commercial-grade dock. Mansion Global reported the listing, which is represented by Douglas Elliman's Melissa Frank Lutz.
