Oversized windows fill the homes with light.Sales are open at 75 Kenmare, a luxury building in NoLIta that boasts a unique amenity: Lenny Kravitz designed the interiors. The rock ‘n roll icon’s design firm, Kravitz Design, was inspired by NoLIta’s “eccentric downtown vibe” for the design of the units, reports Curbed, and outfitted them in a muted neutral palette that allows high-end finishes such as Calacatta marble countertops, white oak flooring and titanium Travertine to shine. Andre Kikoski Architects is the firm behind the 38-unit building and 6 of those units are currently available with Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes. Prices vary from about $1.7M for a 1-bedroom with a private terrace to $5.9M for a 1,800-square-foot corner unit.

White oak flooring runs throughout. The kitchen features custom cabinetry and Calacatta marble countertops. A light-filled and spacious bedroom. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and steam shower. The building was designed by Andre Kikoski Architects.
