If you can’t get enough of the first family, we have good news for you: they bought a house in Rancho Mirage, CA and you can too! The town is apparently the “Beverly Hills of the desert” and we’ve rounded up 9 fabulous homes for sale there that you won’t want to miss.

All of these estates have impressive pools, but we’re especially enamored with the one on our first listing, it spans the entire back of the house and has dramatic cascading water features and natural stone. The rest of the house is pretty nice, too, it’s 6,371 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and has beautiful stonework throughout. The most expensive home on our list comes in at $4.975M, and for that significant sum you get a 6,421-square-foot home with 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Massive walls of glass open to reveal covered outdoor living areas and there is a sunken wet bar in the living room for the ultimate entertaining space. This 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is listed for $1.885M with Fred Wilson of Capitis Real Estate. The listing for this home calls it an “architectural masterpiece” and we’d have to agree. It’s 8,000 square feet—the largest home on our list—with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and features a spa, a huge chef’s kitchen, a full outdoor kitchen and a lit tennis court among plenty of other amenities. It lists for $3.95M with Hôm Sotheby’s International Realty.

The listing calls this home a “Tuscan Villa,” so if you want a little bit of the Italian countryside in California, this is the one for you. Last, but certainly not least, is this $1.995M estate listed with Sean Stanfield and Craig Chorpenning of Hôm Sotheby’s International Realty. The listing calls the home a “private oasis” and it boasts an open concept floor plan, zen-like master suite, and breathtaking scenic views from the outdoor living spaces.
