Ariana Grande has dropped three albums in the last three years, winning Grammy Awards along the way, but the global superstar still has time to shuffle her real estate holdings. Just last week she let go of this Hollywood Hills mansion for a cool $14 million.

Perched above Los Angeles’ iconic Sunset Strip in the Bird Streets neighborhood, the contemporary home features large windows, displaying sprawling views of the city. The singer purchased the 2018-built property in June of 2020 for $13.7 million, according to Mansion Global, and it’s easy to see the home’s allure. Boasting 10,094 square feet of interiors, it includes amenities like a sauna, media room, gym, wine cellar, and wet bar. Fit for a pop queen, the primary suite spans an entire floor, holding a sitting area along with a large bathroom and walk-in closet perfect for getting glam. And outside, the infinity pool is poised for LA-style unwinding.

Grande joined The Voice this season as a coach alongside Kelly Clarkson (who just sold an Encino home), John Legend, and Blake Shelton, using her talent to mentor and inspire other artists.

The renowned vocalist reportedly purchased a Montecito estate in 2020, where she is said to have married real estate agent Dalton Gomez of Compass this year. Aaron Kirman of the Kirman Group at Compass helped the singer say ‘thank u, next’ to this four-bedroom Hollywood Hills home, which clearly wasn’t a long-term match.
