Interior Designer to the Stars LM Pagano Lists Striking California Home

The word “drama” can have a negative connotation in star-studded Los Angeles, but not at this Topanga home just listed by celebrity interior designer LM Pagano. No, the property doesn’t boast a juicy history of that kind of drama, but instead wows with its majestic surrounding vistas and commanding architecture. Striking and serene in equal parts, the rosy-gray cubist sculptural home asks $4.5 million.

Pagano, who has notably created interiors for Johnny Depp, Nicolas Cage, and Matthew Perry, masterfully dressed her home with artful touches and eclectic furnishings. Layered and bright, each room gives a sense of being collected over time and allows views to shine. The home is also a movie star as it appeared in Hostage, an action flick starring Bruce Willis.

Sitting at 2960 Tuna Canyon Road and designed by architect Thomas Egidi of Tuna Studio Architecture, the home might seem tied distinctly to the sea. And while the estate does indeed overlook the ocean and boasts a dazzling pool, Topanga’s lush green hills supply the definitive view. The estate itself melds effortlessly with the surrounding nature: The valleys melt into smartly landscaped grounds (more than forty fruit trees sit on the property), which in turn meld with the main home. The latter could almost appear to be a natural rock formation, nestled in the hills as of yet undiscovered and unbothered.

The six-acre, three-bedroom, 3,640-square-foot spread is listed with Greg Holcomb and Nancy Nelms of Holcomb Petersen.
