Popstar Katy Perry doesn’t just sing about ‘California Gurls,’ she is one. Not only was the Grammy Award-winner born in The Golden State, but she is also often making real estate moves in sunny LA. This traditional Beverly Hills home joined her portfolio in 2018, according to the LA Times, and now she is seeking a sale. Asking $7.95 million, the property seems designed for a high-profile buyer who values their privacy.

Sitting in the guard-gated Hidden Valley neighborhood, and behind its own set of gates as well, this home is a private refuge from the world. Unsurprisingly full of charming style, elegance shines from the fireplace in the breakfast area to the bright master suite to the fountain on the terrace.
