Katy Perry’s Ultra-Private Beverly Hills Paradise Pops onto the Market for $19.5M

Katy Perry is selling her breathtaking Beverly Hills home, complete with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a swimming pool. Ultra-private and ultra-stylish, it sits in the posh LA neighborhood’s guard-gated Hidden Valley community and is asking $19.475 million. But, this steep price tag doesn’t mean it will linger on the market long. After all, David Spade just sold his LA home at a similar price point in roughly a month. So, for interested buyers with the means to spend, don’t let this house be ‘The One that Got Away.’

The public has seen Perry’s on-stage pizzazz and her red carpet moments, but her trendy listings past and present provide a peek into her personal home style. More understated than you might imagine from her colorful costumes and extravagant sets on tour, this home, in particular, is serene and grounded by nature yet still abundantly playful. It sits up a quarter-mile-long driveway behind a massive gate, promising solitude and no prying eyes.

Staying true to Perry’s whimsical tendencies, shades of purple, blue, and orange grace the home’s interiors as well as fun patterns. The new owner can feel ‘Wide Awake’ after a night’s rest in the spacious primary suite, complete with a fireplace, marble bath, and garden terrace. The American Idol judge also has a large in-home gym, complete with a sauna and cold plunge. Outside, fashionable poolside possibilities (yoga, lounging, etc) and private hiking trails make it an ideal respite for any ‘California Gurl.’

Perry bought the house for almost $18 million in 2017, according to Mansion Global. Last May, she sold a nearby property for approximately $7.5 million that she reportedly used as a guest house.

Brett Lawyer of Hilton Hyland holds this new listing.
