Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli List a Lavish $28.7M Bel Air Estate
Maybe this is the beginning of a fresh start for Full House star Lori Loughlin and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli. The couple just quietly listed their Bel Air estate in the midst of preparing for trial after they were charged in the college admissions scandal last year. Asking $28.65 million, a great deal more than the iconic Full House home is listed for in San Francisco, the Bel Air mansion is a quintessential luxury Los Angeles listing.
Crafted to embody a Mediterranean feel, the celebrity home is faced in signature white walls and Terracotta shingling. However, once inside, a cool contemporary style is revealed throughout the 12,000-square-feet of interior space. Indoor/outdoor living is a must to achieve this modern, Mediterranean vibe. Set under the California sun, the home boasts great outdoor spaces that feel effortlessly chic. Huge glass doors lead to a large terrace, covered patio and lounge area, dining area, pool, and gorgeous fountains.
Loughlin and her family have lived in the nine-bedroom home since 2015 when they purchased it for $14 million. After extensive renovations, they listed it for $35 million in 2017. It didn’t reel in a buyer then, but last year it was in the spotlight again when they used the home as collateral for their $2 million bail.
The pocket listing is not being publicly marketed but is held by Arvin Haddad of The Agency, who you may have seen on CNBC’s Listing Impossible. Today first reported on the celebrity listing.
