Olympic Snowboarder Shaun White Relists His Malibu Haven for $11M

Since Shaun White’s last epic halfpipe Gold Medal in the 2018 Winter Olympics, he’s turned his attention to selling his paradisal real estate holdings in California. In June, two of his Malibu properties shredded onto the market, and now one has sold and one just got relisted with a fresh price tag. Down from $12.75 million, the beautifully remodeled Malibu home is now asking just under $11 million, a dreamy price compared to some celebrity homes in the area.

From crisp cold air to warm ocean breezes, White seems to favor living at California properties that are in tune with their natural surroundings. This Point Dume beach house spans across a generous acre of land and offers a constant connection to the outdoors. The back of the home is lined in oversized windows for optimal sunset-watching, or tempting homeowners into some Cali surf adventures. From dawn until dusk, the 2,164-square-foot abode provides gorgeous views of the tranquil horizon.

Interiors are laid out in an open-concept manner, including a great room perfect for hosting and entertaining guests, connected to an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool area. Three spacious bedrooms and two full baths make the home an ideal size for many buyers. A kitchen made for an Olympian’s appetite will definitely impress with its state-of-the-art appliances and built-in breakfast nook.

Shaun White’s Malibu home is currently listed with Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group and Chris Cortazzo of Compass.
