Pamela Anderson Reels in $11.8M for the Malibu Home She Created

Malibu, simultaneously lavish and laidback, has been busy lately. At least, its real estate market has been. Shortly after California’s first zero carbon home listed in the area and a hotelier listed a $38 million estate, a celebrity home sale is making a splash. Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson just sold her captivating Malibu residence for $11,805,000. Listed back in March of 2021 for $14.9 million, the modernist abode is a vision of tranquility.

Anderson scooped up the property in 2000 for $1.8 million, but reworked the site to make it her own, according to the Wall Street Journal. Building what you see today over a 10-year period, the Baywatch star created a breezy home that embraces its location with large windows and open spaces. Across 5,500 square feet, natural materials exude warmth and utter relaxation, like being at a secluded spa. And, it kind of is one since it even holds a dry sauna. Just minutes from the beach and tucked within the coveted Malibu Colony community, it’s easy to see why Anderson hung onto the abode for so long.

Rich greenery and patios open up to the pool and guest house, but that’s not where the amenities end. A firepit and spa tub look out to mountain views, reminding of California’s more rocky terrain. The primary suite’s balcony creates yet another oasis where one can take in the vistas.

Tomer Fridman of the Fridman Group at Compass represented the celebrity’s Malibu listing with four bedrooms in total. Sandro Dazzan of The Agency represented the buyer.
