All PDF requests must be paid for in full prior to PDF being released. You will have the opportunity to pay online after submitting this form, or you may pay by phone or mail. See details below.
Fees for Custom PDFs
- $250 for 1-4 pages of editorial for 1-year of usage. Covers count as one page, ads count as one page.
- $495 for 5-10 pages of editorial for 1-year of usage.
(This covers most entire editorial features as well as the cover that it ran in.)
- $95 for a Single Party Pics page, as it ran it the magazine.

All requests must be approved prior to release. Editorial requests will be approved by DJ Carey, Editorial Director, CTC&G and SFC&G or Kendell Cronstrom, Editor in Chief, NYC&G and HC&G and Advertising requests will be approved through Michelle Mongillo, Office Manager.

If you would like to purchase a PDF of a page featured in CTC&G, NYC&G and HC&G, please contact Michelle Manger via email.
Use of PDF
- The PDF is to be used intact and in conjunction with the cover of the magazine.
- The PDF MUST be labeled, “As seen in Cottages & Gardens Publications” OR individual titles as described in branding below.
- The layout CANNOT be redesigned, the logos CANNOT be moved and photos CANNOT be cropped or reused. Cottages & Gardens does not own “All Rights” to the photography published in the magazines. The copyright of photographs are retained by the photographer, therefore, to purchase images 90+ days after publication, contact the photographer directly.
Posting to Website or Social Media:
When posting a PDF on your website, you must source Cottages & Gardens with a link to our website, www.cottagesgardens.com. For example, make sure to include “(Name of Article) was originally published in Cottages & Gardens and on www.cottagesgardens.com.” We are happy to cross-promote with you as long as promotion is in line with our editorial mission and approved by our editors.
When posting a PDF to social media, you must source Cottages & Gardens with a link to our website, www.cottagesgardens.com.

Branding Requirements:
The company should always be referred to as Cottages & Gardens Publications. Individual titles are known as: CTC&G (Connecticut Cottages & Gardens), NYC&G (New York Cottages & Gardens) and HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens). When writing out the name of the individual magazine, for example, it is to be written as HC&G (Hamptons Cottages & Gardens) for the first mention; then HC&G thereafter (same with CTC&G, NYC&G and SFC&G).
