Grammy award-winning artist Abel Tesfaye, known as The Weeknd, has been rising and rising in the music world. Since he’s at the top of his game, it’s no wonder he wanted to try out one of the swankiest units atop the celebrity-favorite Tribeca condominium 443 Greenwich. Stars like Meg Ryan, Jennifer Lawrence, and Justin Timberlake have all owned in the building. Starting in 2018, The Weeknd enjoyed Penthouse D, a triplex penthouse that was seen at the time asking $60,000/month. Now that the singer has left, the posh pad is up for sale seeking $27.5 million.

Though the NY Post reported that The Weeknd renewed his lease amidst the coronavirus pandemic, this new listing tells a different story as it claims the unit is “available immediately for the next owner.” Tesfaye may not have found his forever home here, but now someone else can revel in the unit’s 5,000-square-feet of interiors and 1,000-square-feet of outdoor space.
