RHOBH Alum Diana Jenkins Wants $20.5M for Her Gorgeous Hidden Hills Modern
While most Bravo fans are zeroed in on “Scandoval” at the moment (if you don’t know or care about the Vanderpump Rules drama that made national news recently, please disregard), the Real Housewives franchise is still the network’s bread and butter. And, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has undoubtedly held the most organic star power, with cast members over the years including Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Denise Richards. Diana Jenkins starred on the latest season but has already announced her exit, making it a one-and-done experience. Though her time as a Bravo housewife was brief, it was long enough for viewers to get familiar with the Bosnian-born philanthropist and her stunning charcoal-colored residence.
Jenkins opened her Hidden Hills home to cameras for Season 12, whether she was filming scenes catching up with family or hosting parties with the RHOBH cast in attendance. Whatever the occasion, its airy yet grand aesthetic certainly stood out. Now, the impressive modern mansion is up for sale seeking a staggering $20.5 million.
The 13,211-square-foot architectural feat on four acres was created by George De La Nuez with the interior design by Meg Turner. It oozes California cool, somehow simultaneously feeling laidback and lavish. Some signature elements that help achieve this include high ceilings, large scaled rooms, walls of glass, and natural materials.
Jenkins purchased the property in 2021 for $13 million, according to Dirt, and it’s easy to see why she would be drawn in. With seven bedrooms in total, there’s room for all of one’s family and friends to come and stay. Amenities like the temperature-controlled wine wall, infinity pool, and state-of-the-art theater may be standard at this elite price point but, don’t get jaded. This celebrity home with calming countryside views of rolling hills is really something to behold.
