RHOBH’s Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky List Their Luxurious Aspen Getaway

As Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 currently unfolds week to week on Bravo, it’s business as usual for Day 1 star Kyle Richards and her husband Mauricio Umansky. The pair have been on the show since it began in 2010 with Umansky, founder of ever-expanding real estate firm The Agency, telling dailyDEEDS in an interview last year, “It has been fun to look back at past episodes and all the chronicles of our lives.”

One recent chapter for the Richards-Umansky family has been their luxurious Aspen retreat, which will serve as the backdrop for an explosive, soon-to-air RHOBH girl’s trip. As it takes center stage on screen, it also happens to be up for sale.

The three-story duplex sits in the heart of Aspen, perfect for hitting the slopes or the shops. It has four bedrooms, and while that includes a fun bunk room, it’s easy to see how it could start to get tight for their family of six and additional friends they want to host. The pair first listed it in June for $9.75 million, but the price has since been reduced to $8.995 million.

Embodying a rustic-chic vernacular that fits Aspen’s atmosphere seamlessly, it’s a residence where warmth comes first. Quite literally in terms of the rooftop deck’s hot tub, where sore skiing muscles can soak or champagne bottles can pop. From here, one can take in views of mountains and trees or enjoy snowy winter weather comfortably.

Inside the 2,426-square-foot home, soaring ceilings with burnished log beams and a full-height stacked river stone fireplace set the scene for sumptuous mountainside entertaining. Heather Sinclair, Chris Flynn, and Lisa Hatem of The Agency hold the listing, no doubt hoping for a drama-free ride on the market.
