‘RHONY’ Star Sonja Morgan’s Upper East Side Townhouse Wants $10.75M
Anyone who watches Real Housewives of New York knows there has long been an extra castmate in the mix. That is, Sonja Morgan’s five-story Upper East Side townhouse. The pristine home has been the center of many drama-filled parties and has even been like a hotel at points with Luann de Lesseps and Tinsley Mortimer both spending time as Morgan’s houseguests. Just three blocks away from Central Park, this stunning townhouse has a lot more to it than just its TV fame and someone can now buy it from the RHONY star for $10.75 million.
According to Bravo, though the home is listed, Morgan is planning to move back in soon once the current renter leaves. With 4,645-square-feet of opulence and balconies and gardens to bask in, it’s no wonder she’s looking to soak in every last second of living here before someone scoops it up permanently.
Built in 1899, the home is adorned with chandeliers, luxurious fabrics, and rich moldings. It screams tradition and offers a feeling of living in Old New York, which isn’t so surprising since the TV personality’s ex-husband is the great grandson of J.P. Morgan and they purchased the home together.
Interested buyers better hurry over since once Morgan moves back in, it could be too comfortable to resist staying. The 5-bedroom Upper East Side manse is listed with Lydia Sussek of The Corcoran Group.
