Sylvester Stallone Wants $110M for Beverly Hills Home Loaded with Amenities

In 2020, actor Sylvester Stallone found a buyer for his Mediterranean-style home in a week. However, it seems he was just warming up his real estate moves. The Rambo star has now pulled out the big guns, listing a dramatic Beverly Hills home that towers over his prior listing in size and price. Asking $110 million, it would be quite a feat for this contemporary Mediterranean manse to go into contract as quickly.

If there’s any question of who owns the 21,000-square-foot home, one just needs to look around. A statue of Rocky with his arm triumphantly in the air sits at the edge of the pool, as majestic as the views. The interiors also pack a punch with colorful artwork of the famous movie character displayed throughout. Since Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, purchased the mansion in 1998 according to Mansion Global, they’ve had years to customize it.

Inarguably over-the-top, the 3.5-acre property leaves nothing to be desired. Perched high in Beverly Park, one can see to Rodeo Drive and beyond. However, what’s going on inside might be distracting. Destined for A-list entertaining, there is a professional-level home theater, maximalist-style bar, and cigar room with an air-filtration system. In the master suite, the amenities keep getting sweeter with a sauna, office, and terrace making it a world of its own. Elsewhere, an art studio and gym add balance for wellness and creativity.

Richard Landry designed the two-story guest house with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two en-suite baths. In total, the property offers eight bedrooms and 12 baths, so many people can live at this pricey LA palace.

Rick Hilton, Jeff Hyland, Barron N. Hilton, and Tessa Hilton of Hilton & Hyland hold the expansive new listing.
