Way back in the spring, movie star Mark Wahlberg listed his lavish, resort-like compound tucked in Beverly Hills. Purchasing the 6.2-acre property in 2009, at the height of Entourage’s success and in the same year he married model Rhea Durham, Mansion Global reports that Wahlberg commissioned architect Richard Landry to design the detailed 90210 home.

Initially asking $87.5 million, the actor's custom-built estate is still listed with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency but now seeking $79.5 million.

After buying this waterfront Miami home in 2021, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner revamped property and used it as their primary residence. Nearby, Lil Wayne’s Miami manse is also up for sale. The 2017-built modern designed by the firm Choeff Levy Fischman listed in September for $29.5 million and has had its price shaved slightly to land at $28 million going into 2023.

With 110-feet of water frontage and vast open spaces for entertaining inside and out, the listing would likely impress at least ‘A Milli’ people, but the asking price certainly makes the buyer pool much smaller than that. Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman holds the listing.
