Bon Jovi Lists His Light and Bright Greenwich Village Condo for $22M

With many homes and a wine brand to boot, Jon Bon Jovi doesn’t seem to be “Livin’ on a Prayer” financially speaking, and now the musician no longer wants to be living in this Greenwich Village apartment. The rockstar has listed the light-drenched, corner unit for $22 million, approximately $3 million more than public records show he spent on the home back in 2017. By the looks of it, he may have simply fallen “In and Out of Love.”

Housed within The Greenwich Lane, a luxury development at the former site of St. Vincent’s Hospital, the contemporary pad brings in views both of Lower Manhattan and of the Hudson River. East, south, and west exposures feature across the 3,951-square-foot floor plan, which also counts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

With a neutral palette, open spaces, and walls of glass, the interiors offer a blank slate for a new owner. It’s easy to picture art-filled walls and pops of exuberant color, or curated minimalism punctuated with texture. A designer’s fantasy, the skies the limit here. There’s also a private balcony to enjoy, as well as access to the building’s private garden, gym and spa, screening room, and parking garage.

This isn’t the first time Bon Jovi has aimed to make a high sale in the Village—and with an enticing list of amenities as well as celebrity allure, the downtown condo could score an impressive sum. Leonard Steinberg of Compass holds the listing.
